Job summary

This role involves leading cross-division teams, ensuring program execution on time and budget, and engaging customers through the product lifecycle. A strong technical background in power systems and at least 10 years of experience are required for success in this pivotal position.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center technology.
• Proven experience working with hyperscale and/or colocation data center customers.
• Prior experience in R&D, advanced engineering, or complex technical program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrating and governing Eaton's end-to-end data center electrical solutions.
• Leading program execution from concept through launch.
• Ensuring structured customer engagement throughout product development.

Skills

Understanding of data center electrical architectures

Credibility-based leadership

Strong program management discipline

Excellent written and spoken English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering

Master’s degree preferred
