Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Service Enablement Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional programs across 20+ countries and 5 service lines in the EMEA region. You will enable execution teams, bridge strategy and delivery, and drive measurable business outcomes through enablement and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in program management, consulting or operations leadership.
• Experience in multi-country environments (EMEA preferred) and service delivery organizations.
• Advanced program and project management expertise (PMO, Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured programs.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure program objectives, scope, and success criteria aligned to EMEA Services goals.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Translate services operations gaps into structured initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional execution with governance frameworks.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Track KPIs and measure business outcomes.
