Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Manager for a hyperscale data centre build in Finland. The role supports a four-year project with significant electrical leadership responsibilities and exposure to a major European facility rollout.

Ideally, candidates have data centre and mission critical experience, with the ability to add value to long‑term construction programs and on-site supervision of electrical teams.

Qualifications

• Electrical Manager with data centre experience.
• Experience on hyperscale or mission critical facilities is ideal.
• Willingness to work in Finland and lead on-site electrical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical management on hyperscale data centre projects.
• Ensure electrical systems meet project specs and regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering disciplines.

The person:

We are open here – ideally we’d like Data Centre experience, but we can look at sharp Electrical Managerial professionals who have worked in Mission Critical before (so nuclear, pharma, power stations etc).

So it could be a perfect way into this lucrative new world to evolve your skillset in Data Centres or you can use your existing Data Centre knowledge and bring it to a hyperscale European long‑term project.

Getting the right “person” which is what we’re about – someone who wants to really add value to this huge, long‑term project.
