Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a General Contractor delivering a major 430 MW hyperscale data centre project in Finland. This is a long-term opportunity on a 12-month contract with potential to extend or move to PAYE.

In this role you will lead electrical works from planning through to completion, manage subcontractors and site teams, and coordinate with MEP, construction and commissioning teams on a fast-paced, high-profile project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a senior electrical delivery role.
• Strong electrical construction background.
• Data centre experience, hyperscale or mission-critical environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and multiple site teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical works from planning through to completion.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, site teams and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate electrical activities with MEP, construction and commissioning teams.
• Review programmes, drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Monitor progress, quality and productivity of the electrical package.
• Lead meetings and provide project updates to senior management and client.
• Ensure works align with programme, budget and project requirements.
