NutraQ is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Assistant on an hourly basis to join our team in Helsinki's Pasila area. You will be the first point of contact for customers, focusing on retention and friendly, solution-oriented service.

You will handle inbound Dutch calls, reach out proactively by phone, and explore sales opportunities in every interaction. Strong Dutch language skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
