Job summary

CTS Group is seeking a Document Controller to support the Seinäjoki project, managing and controlling project documentation across the lifecycle. You will ensure submissions, reviews, and trackable histories within ACC and Aconex, coordinating with CTS, subcontractors, and the client.

Join a fast-paced construction environment where attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and fluent English are essential; Finnish language skills are a plus as the Seinäjoki site operates locally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Document Controller in construction, engineering, data centres or complex projects.
• Knowledge of document lifecycle management, revision control, metadata, workflows and document registers.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly preferred; Aconex is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Finnish would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation within project CDEs, including ACC and Aconex.
• Perform document quality checks before submission (numbering, naming, revisions, metadata, status).
• Monitor review/workflow progress and follow up on outstanding reviews and comments.
• Coordinate documentation between CTS, subcontractors, suppliers, design/engineering teams and client.
• Track design docs, technical submittals, RFIs and other project docs.
• Maintain document registers and trackers with up-to-date status and revisions.
• Prepare and issue transmittals and preserve complete document histories.
