Job summary

Sisk Group in Finland is seeking a Document Controller to join our project team, ensuring accurate documentation, version control and quality compliance across a large-scale construction program.

You will work with design, engineering and site management to support continuous improvement, train users on CDE platforms, and implement robust filing protocols while reducing risk and waste.

Qualifications

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.
• Advanced user of VFP, FV, or similar CDE / DFT platforms.
• Desirable: ISO 19650 configuration experience.
• Desirable: FV or similar digital field tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Validate, check, and curate project documentation with proper receipt and classification.
• Establish and maintain central site files, registers and related document sets.
• Configure and implement change control processes within the CDE.
• Prepare distribution matrices, status reports and workflows for submissions and RFIs.
• Attend project meetings to discuss documentation and IM matters.
