Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is recruiting for a Document Controller to support a major data center project in Uusimaa. You will structure and monitor large information flows, ensuring data are accessible and traceable across systems.

The role offers onboarding support, a 2-year fixed-term contract, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a massive construction project, working with SharePoint and ACC.

Qualifications

• Technical degree (engineering) or related background.
• Experience in project document control or managing project docs.
• Good understanding of document management and project operations.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, structure, and track incoming, outgoing, and internal project documentation.
• Ensure documentation compliance with regulations and project standards.
• Organize and monitor project emails to facilitate communication.
• Support information flow between design partners and key stakeholders.
• Utilize and maintain document systems, including SharePoint and ACC.
• Ensure complete traceability of documentation transfers through internal systems.
