Job summary

Vaisala is seeking a Director of Brand & Communications to lead the global brand and communications function. You will shape Vaisala's brand, reputation and engagement across internal and external channels, from investor relations to employer branding, reporting to senior leadership.

You will build an integrated strategy, own corporate and change communications, and lead a team of professionals across regions.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in brand and communications.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience in a listed or international B2B technology company.
• Fluency in English and Finnish for global and local engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Vaisala's integrated brand and communications strategy.
• Own corporate, internal and change communications.
• Oversee media relations and corporate disclosures in collaboration with Investor Relations and Legal.
• Coach leaders and teams on brand messaging and engagement.
