Job summary

You will shape scalable processes, define how AI is used in operations, and collaborate across stakeholders to support strategic goals. English communication and branding understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or overseeing creative production within brand/marketing teams.
• Ability to design workflows and improve ways of working using data and feedback.
• Strong stakeholder management in cross-functional environments with prioritization.
• Experience or perspective on applying AI to improve creative workflows.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of branding and basic visual design principles.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Own and run creative operations from intake to delivery.
• Maintain the project management tool as the single view of requests, schedules and workload.
• Develop scalable processes based on organizational needs.
• Define how AI tools are used in creative operations and lead AI roadmap.
• Manage a range of projects including creative productions and ongoing development.
• Track and report on creative operations metrics.
• Develop and manage the external partner network and day-to-day relationships.
• Ensure the Vaisala Merch Store is well maintained with the partner and on-brand catalog.
