Job summary

Vaisala, a global leader in measurement instruments, is seeking a Creative Operations Lead to join the Brand & Creative Team at the Helsinki area headquarters. You will own creative operations, manage a mix of projects, and oversee the external partner network to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.

You will collaborate with Brand & Creative colleagues, external partners, and internal stakeholders, reporting to the Head of Brand and Creative.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or overseeing creative production and leading projects in a creative, brand, or marketing organization, either in-house or at an agency.
• Ability to design workflows and processes and develop data-driven ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills in a cross-functional environment, able to prioritize competing requests and set clear expectations.
• Experience or perspective on applying AI to improve creative workflows.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of branding and basic principles of visual design.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop creative operations processes from intake and briefing through to delivery.
• Manage a varied mix of projects and oversee external partner network.
• Ensure requests move smoothly from brief to delivery with the right resources, on time, and on brand.
• Collaborate with Brand & Creative team, external partners and internal stakeholders; report to Head of Brand and Creative.
• Maintain the project management tool as the single view of requests, schedules and workload.
• Develop scalable processes based on organizational needs.
• Define how AI tools are used in creative operations and lead the AI roadmap.
• Track and report on creative operations metrics.
• Support continuous development of external partner relationships and the Vaisala Merch Store processes.
