Job summary

What's your role?

As Creative Operations Lead, you will run and develop our creative operations processes, manage a varied mix of projects, and oversee our external partner network. Your key focus is making sure creative requests move smoothly from brief to delivery: with the right resources, on time, and on brand.

You will be part of our Brand & Creative team and work closely with your Brand & Creative colleagues, external partners, and internal stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Brand and Creative.

Your responsibilities include:

Owning and running creative operations from intake and briefing through to delivery

Maintaining our project management tool as the single view of requests, schedules and workload

Developing scalable processes based on organizational needs

Defining how AI tools are used in creative operations and leading the creative operations AI roadmap as part of the broader Brand & Creative AI strategy

Managing a range of projects, including creative productions and continuous development

Tracking and reporting on creative operations metrics

Managing and developing our external partner network, from day-to-day relationships, briefs, and arrangements to shaping the network as the organization’s needs evolve

Ensuring that the Vaisala Merch Store is well maintained in collaboration with our Merch Store partner, with efficient processes and an on-brand product catalog

What will you bring?

Experience coordinating or overseeing creative production and leading projects in a creative, brand, or marketing organization, either in-house or at an agency

Proven ability to design workflows and processes and developing ways of working based on data and feedback

Strong stakeholder-management skills in a cross-functional environment, including the ability to prioritize competing requests and set clear expectations

Experience or well-formed perspective on applying AI to improve creative workflows

The ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and changing situations and priorities

Understanding of branding and basic principles of visual design

Good communication skills in English
