Job summary

Cititec seeks an experienced Document Controller for a hyperscale data centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland. You will oversee day-to-day document control, ensuring accurate registration, control, distribution and maintenance of project documentation while supporting the project team.

Key duties include liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and clients, ensuring compliance with procedures, and contributing to commercial reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role in construction.
• Experience managing commercial aspects of projects and cost control.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day document control function for the project.
• Ensure project documentation is registered, controlled, distributed and maintained per procedures.
• Support the Commercial Manager and Project Manager with reporting and decision-making.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and the project team to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
