Job summary

Metsä Tissue is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join our supply chain team in Mänttä, with Tampere or Espoo as potential secondary locations. This permanent role focuses on sales order processing, invoicing, and handling customer feedback to ensure smooth delivery of goods.

Metsä Tissue Supply Chain is looking for a

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

for a permanent position.

In this position, you will support the process of delivering goods to customers through efficient sales order management, customer invoicing, and customer feedback handling in your designated regions.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager. Mänttä is the primary location for this role, although Tampere or Espoo may also be considered. The final work location will be agreed with the selected candidate.

What will you get to do?

Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating and confirming sales orders and ensuring that the ordered products are available
• Managing out-of-stock situations
• Managing sales order changes, checking order details and communicating changes to customers
• Creating customer invoices, including intercompany billing
• Collecting and sending additional invoicing-related documents
• Maintaining Customer Service master data
• Managing debit and credit invoices and invoice corrections
• Handling customer feedback and claims and issuing credit notes

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Offering, Planning, Fulfilment, Production, Finance and Controlling, Commercial Excellence and the Maritime Logistics Center. Your external stakeholders include customers and forwarding agents.

What are we expecting of you?

We expect you to have a bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field and at least three years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role. Familiarity with SAP systems and good MS Office skills are required.

You communicate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. You work proactively both independently and as part of a team and have a result-oriented approach to your work. You are also open to change and new initiatives.

Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish skills are required in this position.
