Recann is seeking a Junior Customer Service Professional for a banking client in Helsinki. You will provide multi-channel support, assist sales activities, and advise on savings and life insurance matters.

The role requires 1 year in finance/insurance customer service, fluent Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus), and a hybrid work model with on-site presence 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial or insurance sector, in customer service roles or equivalent.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills (proficiency in Swedish is a strong advantage).
• Customer-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility in changing work situations.
• Knowledge of insurance and savings products is considered an advantage.
• Start Date: November 10, 2026
• Duration: 12 months (initially 6-month contract)
• Location: Helsinki (3 days per week mandatory on-site; 50% remote)
• Allocation: 100% (38 hours/week)
• Employment Business: Recann is the employment business for this specific role.
