Job summary

Were looking for a Customer Service Professional for our client in the banking sector.

Note! This application is only for individuals already residing in Finland, and relocation is not possible.

Description of work task to be carried out:
Provide customer service across multiple channels and support sales activities
Consult internal colleagues on savings and life insurance matters
Handle customer complaints and regulatory inquiries in accordance with applicable requirements

Must-have knowledge and experience:
At least 1 year of experience in the financial or insurance sector, in customer service roles or equivalent.
Fluent Finnish and English language skills, proficiency in Swedish is a great advantage.
A customer-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility in changing work situations.

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:
Knowledge of insurance/savings products is considered an advantage.

Start date: 10.11.2026
End date: 30.11.2027 (initially 6 month contract)
Workload: 100 % (38 h/week)
Location: Helsinki (3 days week at office is mandatory)
