Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Customer Services & Sales Manager to lead a centre, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll have autonomy to run the centre as your own business, tackle challenges, and motivate a small team to exceed targets.

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, upselling to current customers, and presenting tours to prospective clients while ensuring every customer leaves as a brand ambassador for IWG.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering against targets while leading a small, close-knit team.
• Exposure to running a flexible workspace centre or consumer-facing site like a store or restaurant.
• Proven sales track record with ability to build a sales pipeline.
• Mindset: passion, drive, ownership and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site centre operations and performance.
• Generate sales by winning new business and upselling to existing customers.
• Give tours to prospective customers and represent the centre brand.
• Ensure customers receive world-class service and become brand ambassadors.
