Job summary

Green SM, a leading EV and sustainable mobility provider, is expanding to the EU market and seeking a Country Operations Director to lead all operational activities across the country. The role oversees drivers, fleets, branches, and facilities while driving continuous improvement and scalable operating models to support growth.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in operations with a track record of scaling, strong leadership, analytical abilities, and excellent stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations leadership across mobility, ride-hailing, logistics, or transport.
• Proven ability to scale operations and build efficient processes at speed.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-wide operations, ensuring scalable execution and service quality.
• Manage operations teams and drivers, workforce planning, performance, and retention.
• Oversee fleet, branches, and facilities, ensuring maintenance and readiness.
• Drive cost control, KPI performance, and continuous improvement.
• Support market expansion and readiness for new locations.
• Collaborate with Global, Regional, Commercial, Product and Tech units.
