Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our EMEA Growth & Engagement team, overseeing the growth of Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across 40+ markets. You will identify opportunities to improve member experience, lifecycle, and subscription health, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial and Finance to turn insights into results.

You will own initiatives from problem framing to execution, build an experimentation roadmap with A/B

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, or consumer growth
Strong analytical and experimentation skills with data-driven mindset
Experience with AI-powered tools and applying them to workflows
Ability to own initiatives from problem framing to impact

Responsibilities

Build view of largest opportunities to improve member engagement and subscription health across EMEA.
Understand member lifecycle end to end and translate insights into interventions.
Own initiatives from definition through execution and results.
Build and run an experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses.
Track KPIs and drive corrective actions for lifecycle levers.
Collaborate with local and regional teams to scale proven approaches.
