Job summary

Wolt in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for the EMEA Growth & Engagement team to own the growth and health of our subscription programs (Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus) across 40+ markets.

You will identify opportunities to improve member experience, design experiments, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and Finance to drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, growth or engagement at consumer tech firms.
• Experience with subscriptions or loyalty programs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills; SQL is useful.

Responsibilities

• Build a view of the largest opportunities to improve engagement and subscription health.
• Understand the member lifecycle and onboarding, habit formation, value discovery.
• Own initiatives from definition through execution and impact.
• Run an experimentation roadmap; design and analyze tests.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and Finance to scale playbooks.
