Job summary

Restaurant Olo is seeking a Cold Kitchen Shift Manager to lead and inspire the cold kitchen and pastry teams in our high-end environment. You will work directly under Head Chef Mikko Pakola and alongside fellow Shift Managers to uphold the restaurant’s demanding standards.

The role offers full-time employment with a starting salary of €3,000/month plus supplements; the final offer will reflect experience and expertise.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong expertise in cold kitchen and pastry.
• Previous supervisory experience and responsibility-taking.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Fluent English is essential; Finnish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the cold kitchen shift, ensuring high-quality plating and consistency.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and other Shift Managers to run a smooth service.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, maintaining discipline and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and waste control.
