Job summary

Korjaamo Group Oy in Helsinki is seeking a kitchen shift supervisor to lead our busy kitchen during lunch service and catering events, in a dynamic 400-seat setting. The role requires at least three years of supervisory experience, fluency in Finnish and English, and strong leadership and teamwork.

You will manage time, staff and kitchen workflow under pressure, maintain food safety standards, and monitor stock and costs while fostering a positive team spirit.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as kitchen supervisor or shift lead.
• Fluency in Finnish and English (oral and written).
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to manage time, staff and kitchen workflow under pressure.
• Experience in stock management and cost monitoring.
• Positive attitude to foster good team spirit.
