Job summary

Staffmax Oy in Pyhä, Finland seeks an experienced Kitchen Shift Manager for the 2026-2027 winter season (December to end of April). The role is full-time, leading the kitchen team and ensuring high-quality dishes are served efficiently, including during peak times and event buffets.

You will work closely with dining room and staff, manage inventory and waste, maintain hygiene standards, and bring proactive leadership. Accommodation is available if needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience with à la carte and buffet service.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Proactive and responsible attitude.
• Culinary education is an advantage.
