Job summary

N-Clean Oy in Vaasa/Kokkola area seeks a Cleaning Services Instructor to support daily cleaning operations, ensure quality and safety, and act as a bridge between staff, management and customers. The role is permanent, full-time, with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends, and offers onboarding through our Onboarding Path and N-Clean Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and knowledge of commercial cleaning services.
• Ability to guide and support colleagues with feedback.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach.
• Customer-friendly attitude and positive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Ability to communicate in Finnish or English; diverse backgrounds welcomed.
• Valid work permit if not a Finnish citizen.
• Driving licence and access to own car for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of daily cleaning operations and plan work assignments.
• Develop operations with your manager and contribute improvement ideas.
• Guide and train employees and ensure safe working practices.
• Maintain customer relationships and cooperate with customers.
• Participate in hands-on cleaning duties.
