N-Clean Oy in Päijät-Häme seeks a Cleaning Services Instructor to supervise daily cleaning operations across Lahti, Heinola and Hartola, ensuring high-quality work and safe practices. You will guide teams under a manager, bridging staff, operations and customers, while hands-on cleaning remains part of the role.

The position emphasizes customer relations, practical leadership, and ongoing improvement, requiring cleaning experience, a relevant qualification, and strong bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and knowledge of commercial cleaning services.
• A qualification in the cleaning industry.
• The ability to guide and support colleagues in everyday situations, promote an inclusive and respectful working environment, and provide clear feedback.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
• A customer-friendly attitude and a positive mindset.
• The ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Finnish or English. Language skills are important to provide guidance, understand work instructions, ensure safe working practices and manage employment-related matters. We value a diverse workforce in which different linguistic and cultural backgrounds are seen as strengths.
• If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit.
• A driving licence and access to your own car, as the work covers a wide geographical area and involves travelling between sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the quality of daily cleaning operations, planning work assignments and using resources cost-effectively.
• Continuously developing operations together with your manager and actively contributing improvement suggestions.
• Guiding and training employees and ensuring safe working practices.
• Maintaining customer relationships and cooperating with customers.
• Regularly participating in hands-on cleaning duties.
