• If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit.
• A driving licence and access to your own car, as the work covers a wide geographical area and involves travelling between sites.

Join Us as a Cleaning Services Instructor – Commercial Cleaning -Lahti, Heinola, Hartola / Päijät-Häme

Are you an experienced cleaning professional interested in a supervisory role where you can support the team in its daily work and ensure high-quality service? At N-Clean, we work responsibly as part of a reliable and supportive team.

You will work as a Cleaning Services Instructor under the guidance of a manager, playing a key role in ensuring that cleaning operations at customer sites run smoothly and meet quality standards. You will work responsibly, ensuring that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with our shared quality standards and procedures. You will act as a key link between employees, operational management and customers, supporting your manager. However, the role does not include formal managerial responsibilities.

Customer service is central to this position. Success in the role requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. You will have a direct impact on the customer experience and the smooth running of customer relationships, making active collaboration, clear communication and a solution-oriented approach essential.
