Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Head of Business Transformation and Digitalization to drive the transformation agenda, accelerate digital development, and shape simpler, smarter ways of working. You will lead a four-person team and partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into tangible business results.

You will oversee defining and executing the transformation roadmap, improving processes, and enhancing digital capabilities to deliver measurable value for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business transformation, digitalization, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability.
• Experience in portfolio management, change leadership, and benefits realization.
• Understanding of digital technologies, data, analytics, AI, and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous people leadership experience and ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation portfolio and define the roadmap for transformation and digitalization.
• Prioritize and govern initiatives aligned with strategy and benefits realization.
• Monitor progress, risks, costs and outcomes with disciplined execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences through digital solutions and automation.
• Lead change, build capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation.
• Develop and manage a team of four transformation and digitalization professionals.
• Collaborate with leaders, project teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve objectives.
