Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a relevant field such as business, finance, economics.
3-8 years of full-time working experience in insurance or consultancy.
Passion for the insurance industry and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

Advise our insurance clients on strategy and digitalization.
Lead and manage project teams, ensure successful delivery of projects, value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer.
Develop and implement strategies to help our clients solve critical problems in insurance.
Analyze and conceptualize business models, processes, and digital solutions.
Lead teams and projects, and coach junior colleagues in the insurance practice.
Engage with broader Accenture Financial Services community and other groups to foster collaboration.
