• Proven experience leading business transformation or digitalization initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience in portfolio management, change leadership, and benefits realization.
• Understanding of digital technologies, data, analytics, AI, and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous people leadership in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the transformation and digitalization roadmap.
• Prioritize and govern initiatives to align with strategy and benefits realization.
• Monitor progress, risks, costs, and outcomes with disciplined execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences via digital solutions, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Promote the use of data, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Act as a visible change leader, driving adoption and engagement.
• Build transformation, project, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of innovation.
• Manage and develop a four-person transformation and digitalization team.
• Collaborate with leaders, project teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve objectives.
