You will work with design, engineering, data and product teams to deliver high-impact digital products and services, balancing ambition with feasibility and ethical AI considerations.
Qualifications
- Strong senior leadership background in digital product development and AI-enabled services.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary client engagements across strategy, design, product, data and engineering.
- Experience driving change across services or operating models, not only individual projects.
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into product strategies and delivery roadmaps.
- Strong client advisory skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve Futurice Nordic’s AI-native product development offerings for clients.
- Define how AI changes delivery of services from discovery to continuous improvement.
- Develop service line points of view on adaptive experiences and personalization.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, product, software, data and AI.
- Translate client needs into compelling product strategies and delivery roadmaps.
- Support sales by articulating AI-driven value and differentiators.
