Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Head of Business Transformation and Digitalization to drive the transformation agenda, accelerate digital development, and shape simpler, smarter ways of working. You will lead a four-person team and partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into tangible business results.

You will oversee defining and executing the transformation roadmap, improving processes, and enhancing digital capabilities to deliver measurable value for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business transformation, digitalization, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability.
• Experience in portfolio management, change leadership, and benefits realization.
• Understanding of digital technologies, data, analytics, AI, and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous people leadership experience and ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization.

About the role

As Head of Business Transformation and Digitalization, you will play a key role in driving business transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation across the organization. You will lead a team of four transformation and digitalization professionals and work closely with the Managing Director, leadership team, Group stakeholders, and business functions to translate strategic priorities into tangible business results. You will be responsible for defining and executing the transformation roadmap, improving processes and ways of working, strengthening digital capabilities, and ensuring that strategic initiatives deliver measurable value for customers, employees, and the business.

What you will do
