Job summary

Cobbleyard Real Estate in Helsinki seeks an Asset & Leasing Manager to own a portfolio of properties and fill them with the right tenants, coordinating with building managers and the investment team to grow value. You will track rental pricing and market trends and bring fresh ideas to how we lease and position assets.

You should have experience with leases and rent negotiations, a service-minded approach, and strong numerical skills.

Cobbleyard Real Estate is hiring an Asset & Leasing Manager. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of Helsinki-area properties and be responsible for filling them with the right tenants.

We're a small team, so you'll work independently but in close alignment with everyone. Experience matters to us, and so does the ability to learn fast. But if you don't tick every box, apply anyway.

What we're looking for
