Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source and sign new tenants, and lead lease renegotiations
• Work with on-site building managers to keep properties in top condition
• Build relationships that make tenants want to stay
• Work with our investment team to grow property value
• Manage relationships with external agents and brokers
• Track rental pricing and market trends
• Bring fresh ideas to how we lease and position assets
