• Own customer issue flow end-to-end from initial contact to resolution
• Architect and manage Intercom-based support experience
• Oversee AI-driven support workflows and continuously improve first-time resolution
• Translate technical issues into clear reproduction steps for developers
• Create proactive help center materials and flows to reduce friction
