Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience building production‑grade software applications.
• Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to build production‑grade React applications.
• High proficiency in Python (and comfortable across the stack).
• Able to walk through at least one real AI/LLM project you’ve delivered.
• Enjoy applying AI to real‑world problems and experimenting with new ideas.
• Comfortable moving fast and adapting in a changing environment.
• Confident working directly with customers for insights and feedback.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.

We’re searching for a hands‑on builder excited by the idea of putting AI agents into production for real customers - not in theory, but in the field. You’ll work closely with users, build end‑to‑end systems across Python and React, and help shape how modern AI delivers tangible business value.
