Unikie is looking for an AI Adoption Lead — Embedded Software to support our customer’s embedded software team in Tampere. The goal of this role is to help embedded engineers use AI tools more effectively in their daily development work. You will work directly with the customer team, understand how they currently use AI, identify practical improvement areas, and mentor engineers in hands‑on AI usage. This is not a pure embedded developer role and not a generic AI training role. We are looking for a senior technical person who combines embedded engineering experience, practical AI tool usage, customer collaboration, and mentoring skills.

What you will do

• Assess how the embedded software team currently uses AI tools.
• Identify practical AI use cases in embedded development workflows.
• Mentor developers in effective use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
• Support AI‑assisted coding, debugging, documentation, code review, and unit‑test ideation.
• Help the team create safe and practical prompting practices for embedded software development.
• Run hands‑on workshops, demos, and individual coaching sessions.
• Support team‑level AI adoption, not just individual tool usage.
• Turn observations and feedback into concrete improvement proposals.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor between Unikie and the customer.
