Job summary

Howspace is hiring an experienced Full Stack Engineer to drive AI-assisted, agent-driven development within our AI-native platform. You will work on core features and new workflows, collaborating with product, design, and fellow engineers to deliver production-ready code.

Role focuses on PHP and TypeScript/JavaScript across the full stack with emphasis on reliable, scalable AI-enabled workflows. Hybrid/remote in Finland or Spain; annual compensation 55–70k€.

Qualifications

• Experienced in building production systems with PHP and JS/TS.
• Hands-on experience running AI-powered workflows and coding agents.
• Strong ability to review agent outputs and ensure code quality.
• Ability to operate across the full stack from backend to UI components.
• Autonomous, outcome-driven with clear communication in a hybrid team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Implementing full stack features across PHP, TypeScript/JavaScript
• Collaborating with product, design, and other engineers
• Orchestrate AI-assisted agented workflows end-to-end
• Building AI-assisted features into the Howspace platform
• Developing agentic and chatbot-based workflows for production use
• Designing APIs, MCP-servers, integrations and background jobs
• Improving architecture, maintainability, reliability, and test coverage
• Build guardrails for agentii and validation loops
• Reviewing and improving agentic-development practices
