Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption, delivering measurable business impact from day one.

You will own real components end-to-end, ship code in production, and collaborate across data pipelines, platforms, and customer systems. Travel ~25% together with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
• Degree in CS or related field; strong customer-facing delivery background.
• Proficiency in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Java or Apex and experience with AI tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready solutions.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Develop data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and data platforms.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor deployment health and outcomes.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs for rapid deployment.
