Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.

You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready deployments, spanning full-stack configurations and data pipelines with tools like Snowflake and Databricks. We value hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and delivering measurable business outcomes for public sector and education customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Experience with AI models, prompt engineering, and end-to-end deployment.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with customer-facing delivery is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and senior engineers on live deployments.
• Develop data pipelines and validate AI outputs in production.
• Translate customer challenges into executable agentic solutions.
