Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You’ll co-build with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready solutions from day one, balancing architecture, data integrations, and measurable business impact.

You’ll work with real customers, ship quality code, and stay curious about evolving AI/data landscapes. The role requires travel ~25% and a collaborative, high-velocity mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including a production system.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience delivering to customers (consulting or professional services) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations.
• Design agent prompts, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to production deployment.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to share best practices and enablement.
