Job summary

If Insurance is seeking an experienced coach to help scale the Digital Operating Model across Nordic and Baltic teams. You will partner with leaders, tribes and squads to evolve our operating model, improve decision-making and enable cross-functional collaboration.

The role blends strategic thinking with pragmatic execution in a vibrant, large-scale environment. You will join the Nordic Agile Center of Excellence, collaborating with formal leaders and teams, driving learning, capability

• Shape and evolve operating models, processes, and cross-functional ownership.

About The Role

This senior role is about building and growing and organization that can make an impact at scale. You will partner with leaders, tribes and squads to drive the evolution of our Digital Operating Model and strengthen organizational capabilities. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. One day you may facilitate alignment around organizational strategies, and the next you may coach teams through a change initiative or help leaders improve decision-making and collaboration. Together with other coaches you focus on assessing the Digital Operating Model, structure, culture, and processes to identify areas for improvement and development.

You Will

• Drive team and organizational effectiveness by coaching tribes, squads and leaders to improve collaboration, performance and delivery outcomes.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement through measurement, insights and data-driven decision making.
• Shape and evolve our operating model by improving structures, decision‑making processes, ownership and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Advise leaders and leadership teams on organizational effectiveness, strategic execution, change leadership and adoption of new ways of working.
• Build strong organizational capabilities by securing learning and capability opportunities through If Agile Academy.

About The Team

You will join the Agile Center of Excellence, a Nordic team of experienced coaches and organizational development professionals. Together, we partner with leaders and teams across If to strengthen our Digital Operating Model and build the capabilities needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Who are you?

You are an experienced and inspiring coach with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You thrive in complex environments and are motivated by driving meaningful change and creating lasting value. You have experience working in large‑scale, complex organizations where agile ways of working, operating models and organizational development are critical enablers.

To succeed in this role, you have

• Deep experience applying agile principles and practices in complex enterprise environments, with an ability to translate theory into measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience in leading and driving change, operating model evolution or large‑scale transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Several years of experience in training, coaching and facilitation.

You also have excellent interpersonal- and communication skills and you are fluent in English.

Work location

The role is based in Espoo (Finland), or Stockholm (Sweden) office, , under the Technology Strategy and People Development Unit.

Travelling

Will be required within the Nordic countries and Baltics.
