Job summary

Vivicta, formerly Tietoevry Tech Services, is now a standalone company. We’re seeking an AI Coach to guide enterprise teams in adopting agentic AI safely, effectively, and at scale, combining hands-on technical work with coaching, facilitation, and advisory skills to turn AI opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

Based in Espoo, Finland (Hybrid), you will work with Azure-based platforms, governance and responsible AI practices, and cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions,

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on adopting AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Help establish AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Support design of AI solutions with tracing, evaluations, observability, and quality controls.
• Facilitate architecture discussions, workshops, and AI strategy sessions.
• Enable software teams to implement AI capabilities using cloud-native practices.
• Capture architectural decisions and best practices via ADRs and reference architectures.
• Drive AI literacy and change management across technical and business stakeholders.

AI Coach - Agentic AI & Enterprise Adoption

Help us guide enterprise teams in adopting agentic AI safely, effectively, and at scale. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with coaching, facilitation, and advisory skills to help organizations turn AI opportunities into practical business outcomes.

You'll work on:

• Coaching teams and leaders on adopting AI agents and agentic workflows
• Helping organizations establish AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
• Supporting the design of AI solutions with tracing, evaluations, observability, and quality controls
• Facilitating architecture discussions, workshops, and AI strategy sessions
• Enabling software and platform teams to implement AI capabilities using modern cloud-native practices
• Capturing architectural decisions, patterns, and best practices through ADRs and reference architectures
• Driving AI literacy and change management across technical and business stakeholders

You bring:

AI & Agentic Systems

• Practical experience with agent frameworks (Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, or similar)
• Understanding of RAG, evaluations, observability, tracing, and AI quality assurance
• Ability to translate AI concepts into actionable guidance for engineering teams and business stakeholders

Cloud & Platform

• Strong Azure background (AI Foundry, Container Apps, APIM, Key Vault, identity, networking)
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automation using Bicep or Terraform
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices

Governance & Responsible AI

• Understanding of AI governance, policy enforcement, security controls, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of zero-trust principles and secure AI adoption patterns

Coaching & Advisory

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Comfortable mentoring developers, architects, product owners, and leadership teams
• Ability to challenge assumptions, guide decision-making, and build confidence in AI adoption
• Able to communicate equally effectively with engineers and executive stakeholders

Communication

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Finnish
• Experience running workshops, training sessions, or customer engagements

Nice to Have

• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives or Centers of Excellence
• Enterprise integration experience (ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, Entra ID)
• Backstage or Internal Developer Platform experience
• AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and model lifecycle management
• Background in regulated industries
• Pre-sales, customer advisory, or consulting experience
• Experience creating learning paths, enablement materials, or communities of practice

Compensation: We offer a monthly salary ranging from €5,500 to €6,800, based on your background, expertise, and the value you bring to the role.
