Job summary

Accenture Finland seeks experienced Banking Strategy professionals to join our Financial Services team to shape the future of Nordic banking.

You will advise leading banks, design target operating models, and drive transformation programs across payments, digital banking, AI and data initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

This role offers exposure to global networks and cross-border opportunities within Accenture’s Banking & Capital Markets practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, technology or another relevant discipline.
• Typically 8–15+ years of experience within banking, strategy consulting, management consulting or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong experience in one or more banking domains.
• Proven experience advising senior business stakeholders and influencing strategic decision‑making.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, operating model redesign initiatives or business-critical change programs.
• Strong understanding of both business and technology aspects of banking transformation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Resident in Finland.

In this role, you will work with leading banks and financial institutions to address their most important business challenges and growth opportunities. You will help clients define and execute strategies that drive growth, improve customer experience, modernize operations and unlock the value of emerging technologies such as AI, data and digital platforms.

You will lead strategic advisory engagements and transformation programs across different banking domains. This may include deeper focus areas such as payments and transaction banking, cash management and liquidity services, core banking modernization, retail and corporate banking operating models, digital channels and customer journeys, or regulatory and risk-driven transformation.
