If IT is hiring a senior .NET Azure Developer to join our Nordic development team, based in Turku, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. You will build modern .NET Azure apps and services, enabling frontline teams to deliver World Class service in a distributed environment.

We are now looking for a skilled full-stack .NET Azure Developer to join our Nordic development team. The position is based in Turku (Finland) or Stockholm (Sweden).

About the role

In this role, you will work with our most modern IT systems. You will be an important member of a Nordic development team, building .NET Azure applications and services for our Nordic Customer Centers. You will enable our Frontliners to provide World Class Service to our Customers.

While we expect everyone to contribute across the stack, your role can naturally evolve based on your strengths and interests. Whether that’s software architecture, CI/CD, developer experience, team practices, or AI-assisted ways of working, there’s room to make an impact beyond coding features.

We care about how software is built, not just what is built. Our team values modern engineering practices such as trunk-based development, Event Sourcing, infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines as code, automated tests as living documentation, AI-enhanced developer productivity, and the pragmatic use of functional programming concepts.

About the team

The team is a distributed team of 13 people based in Turku and Stockholm. Most of them are experienced developers, and the whole team collaborates daily in a positive and constructive atmosphere.

Who are you?

You have five years of system development experience in relevant technologies. It´s important that you have a genuine interest in technology and are a skilled developer. We work in an agile environment, and you are familiar with these principles.

We prefer that you have an academic education in IT, but relevant experience and competence are also important. You are a curious, positive person with a hands-on attitude and a desire to continuously learn and improve. It´s easy for you to communicate with colleagues in English and preferably also in the local language (Finnish or Swedish).
