Job summary

If Insurance is seeking an experienced coach to help scale the Digital Operating Model across Nordic and Baltic teams. You will partner with leaders, tribes and squads to evolve our operating model, improve decision-making and enable cross-functional collaboration.

The role blends strategic thinking with pragmatic execution in a vibrant, large-scale environment. You will join the Nordic Agile Center of Excellence, collaborating with formal leaders and teams, driving learning, capability

Qualifications

• Extensive experience applying agile principles in large-scale organizations.
• Proven track record leading organizational development and change initiatives.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills across all levels of leadership.
• Multiple years of coaching, training, and facilitation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach tribes, squads and leaders to improve collaboration, performance and delivery outcomes.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement with measurement and data-driven decisions.
• Shape and evolve operating models, processes, and cross-functional ownership.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, strategy execution and adoption of new ways of working.
• Develop learning and capability opportunities through If Agile Academy.
