Job summary

Vivicta in Espoo, Finland, seeks an AI Coach to guide agentic AI adoption across enterprise teams. You will combine coaching, facilitation, and advisory skills with hands-on technical work to turn AI opportunities into practical outcomes.

Responsibilities include coaching on agent workflows, AI governance, solution design with tracing and QA, and driving change management across stakeholders. Hybrid work supports collaboration with cloud-native teams.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with agent frameworks (Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, or similar).
• Understanding of RAG, evaluations, observability, tracing, and AI quality assurance.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into actionable guidance for engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong Azure background (AI Foundry, Container Apps, APIM, Key Vault, identity, networking).

Qualifications

• Understanding of AI governance, policy enforcement, security controls, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of zero-trust principles and secure AI adoption patterns
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Comfortable mentoring developers, architects, product owners, and leadership teams
• Ability to challenge assumptions, guide decision-making, and build confidence in AI adoption
• Ability to communicate equally effectively with engineers and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Finnish
• Experience running workshops, training sessions, or customer engagements
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives or Centers of Excellence
• Enterprise integration experience (ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, Entra ID)
• Backstage or Internal Developer Platform experience
• AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and model lifecycle management
• Background in regulated industries
• Pre-sales, customer advisory, or consulting experience
• Experience creating learning paths, enablement materials, or communities of practice
