Job summary

VTT is seeking a Research Scientist or Research Engineer for 3D integration with a strong background in semiconductor device fabrication or process integration. You will design and develop processes for monolithic and heterogeneous post-CMOS integration, tackling complex fabrication challenges in close collaboration with a team of experts.

The role focuses on CMOS/2D sensors, in-memory analog computing, and post-CMOS 3D integration, with collaboration across academia and industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor process integration and 3D technologies.
• Cleanroom fabrication experience.
• Excellent communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Development and characterization of processes for monolithic and heterogeneous integration for post-CMOS integration.
• Solving complex fabrication challenges.
