Job summary

SiTime Corporation invites applications for a Sr. MEMS process integration Engineer to design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and help shape the next generation of SiTime MEMS products.

Creativity and strong problem-solving are valued, and meeting all listed requirements is not mandatory for consideration. Responsibilities include MEMS process development, integration to fab/foundry, experimental design and data analysis, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams across circuits,

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent; PhD preferred.
• Strong ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments.
• Experience with MEMS/semiconductor fabrication.
• Experience with RF measurement is a plus.
• Experience with SPC and DOE software.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate process flow based on MEMS design requirements and product requirements.
• MEMS process development and integration to fab/foundry.
• Drive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry.
• Work with MEMS Foundry to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present results with process change recommendations.
• Interface with local and overseas vendors.
• Collaborate with Circuits, Systems, and Packaging teams.
