VTT is seeking a Research Scientist for CMOS integrated 2D sensors with a strong background in semiconductor physics and materials. You will focus on design, fabrication, and testing of graphene- and CNT-based sensors, collaborating with cross-disciplinary experts to push more-than-Moore technologies.

You will contribute to advanced semiconductor nanocomponents at Micronova and related facilities, with opportunities for long-term career development and international collaboration.

Formación

• MSc or PhD in physics, electronics, or closely related field.
• Experience in design and fabrication of 2D-material-based components.
• Experience in semiconductor physics and electronics.
• Experience in cleanroom fabrication.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process development and characterization of graphene and/or carbon nanotube components.
• Solving complex nanofabrication challenges.
• Collaborating with VTT experts to solve problems.
