SiTime Corp. in Finland is seeking a Senior MEMS process integration Engineer to design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and develop the next generation of MEMS products. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

The role emphasizes technical problem solving, collaboration with MEMS Foundry and cross-functional teams, and interfacing with vendors to drive device performance and yield in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent; PhD preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with MEMS/semiconductor fabrication.
• Experience running laboratory experiments; RF measurement a plus.
• Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software such as JMP or Spotfire.
• Experience with SPC and yield improvement.

Responsabilités

• Design and validate process flow based on MEMS design requirements and product requirements.
• MEMS process development and integration to fab/foundry.
• Drive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry.
• Work with MEMS Foundry to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present results with process change recommendations.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics and materials in fabrication.
• Interface with local and overseas vendors.
• Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging.
• Drive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed.
